All attendees are encouraged to register and make travel arrangements early. Conference space is limited and travel options to Missoula, Montana can fill quickly.
Registration for the conference will occur in two phases. Registration will be coordinated through the Project Administrator from each jurisdiction. If you are interested in attending the 25th NSF EPSCoR National Conference, please contact the Project Administrator of the RII Track-1 in your jurisdiction. Each jurisdiction has 12 places reserved for attendees until July 1. After July 1, individuals who were waitlisted can register, but still through the Project Administrators for each jurisdiction. The registration fee is $285 for the conference. This fee includes access to all conference sessions on Monday and Tuesday, as well as a Sunday evening reception. The registration fee covers breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, November 6 & 7, and hors d’oeuvres at the Sunday evening reception. Attendees are responsible for their own dinner reservations and expenses.
There is an additional registration fee of $75 for those who will attend the PD/PA/EOD meeting on Wednesday November 8th. This registration fee includes breakfast and lunch on Wednesday.
There is no registration fee for the optional pre-conference workshop. Space is limited for this workshop and registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Once you have been approved by your Project Administrator to attend the conference, they will send you a registration link. You will create a profile on the registration platform and be able to choose between concurrent breakout sessions when you register. Descriptions of these breakout sessions are listed on the conference website, nsfepscor2017.org. At the end of the registration process, you will have the option of copying someone on your confirmation email; please copy your Project Administrator.
Registration cancellations must be made in writing (electronically or by mail) by September 30, 2017 to be eligible for registration fee refund.
